My Story
Communication has the power to shape careers, strengthen leadership, and transform lives. For more than a decade, I have helped leaders, professionals, educators, ministry leaders, and emerging speakers communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and impact through practical communication training and leadership development.

Today, as the Founder of iSpeak Confidently, a communication consultant, trainer, and educator, my mission is simple: to help people become balanced communicators who lead with confidence, communicate with purpose, and create lasting impact.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Why I Founded iSpeak Confidently
​In 2016, I founded iSpeak Confidently with one purpose:
To help others experience the same transformation I experienced.
Throughout my journey, I realized that many intelligent, talented, and capable people struggle—not because they lack ability, but because they have never been taught how to communicate effectively.

My Philosophy
​Everything I teach is built upon a few core beliefs.

Communication is learned.
Great communicators are developed—not born.

Confidence follows competence.
As your communication skills grow, your confidence naturally grows with them.

Leadership begins with communication.
Whether you're leading an organization, presenting an idea, teaching a class, or serving a congregation, communication shapes influence.

Transformation is the goal.
I don't simply teach people how to give presentations. I help people become stronger communicators in every area of life.
Beyond My Professional Work
​Outside of my consulting and teaching, I am a wife, mother, pastor, educator, and lifelong learner.
​
I am passionate about helping people discover the power of their voice and the confidence to use it. Whether I'm teaching in a university classroom, coaching an executive, leading a workshop, or speaking at a conference, my greatest reward is watching someone realize they are capable of more than they ever imagined.
​
There is nothing more fulfilling than witnessing someone move from uncertainty to confidence—and knowing that transformation will continue to impact their career, relationships, leadership, and legacy.
